Meet Our Team
Office Manager, Financial Coordinator
It’s hard not to notice Rachel’s natural ease and charm when
you meet her. She has 11 plus years of experience as a dental office manager,
and as our team leader she embodies the philosophy that every patient
should get the very best care that we can possibly provide. Rachel truly
enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about helping every single
one of our patients with their dental needs. Her dental insurance knowledge
is vast and our patients appreciate this. After growing up in Eastern
Washington and attending Eastern Washington University she moved to the
greater Seattle area. Between her career and her family she stays very
busy. She’s dedicated to dentistry and her inner strength is remarkable.
She always has a smile to share, and is passionate about life. She loves
spending time with her family, enjoys scuba diving and camping, but only
in “nice” weather.

Lisa has been in dentistry for over 18 years. She and her husband enjoy
living in the North Bend area. After graduating from Lake Washington’s
Dental Assisting Program she worked as a dental assistant eventually expanding
to the front office. Her bright smile is contagious here at the front
desk. Lisa enjoys meeting people and forming wonderful relationships with
our patients. She’s always working hard to bring superior customer
service and personalized care to all our patients and looks forward to
learning about each person she meets. When not working she enjoys spending
time with her husband, gardening, cooking, and once in a while reading
a good book.
Business Coordinator, A.A.D., C.D.A.
Rose’s enthusiastic spirit and her dedication to dentistry motivate
us everyday. She was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. After
college she worked in private practice for 5 years. Then went on to work
at the University of Washington Dental School’s Applied Practice
Management Program, which is where she also met her husband, Dr. J. After
joining Dr. J in Houston, Rose worked at the University of Texas’
dental school in their Graduate Endodontic and Periodontic dental programs.
Texas was fun but she loved and missed the Northwest. After moving back
home she helped her husband set up his dental practice in Issaquah and
has been involved ever since. Rose’s happy thought is watching the
sunset over the Olympic Mountains and her wonderful family. She also enjoys
decorating, hiking, and traveling when she can.
